Are Admay pieces really handmade?

Yes — every Admay beanie, scarf, and matching set is hand-crocheted with care.
Each stitch is created by hand, not machine, making every piece unique and beautifully personal.

What materials do you use?

We use premium, soft-touch acrylic yarns chosen for their comfort, durability, and gentle feel against the skin.
They’re easy to care for, long-lasting, and hold color beautifully — perfect for luxury handmade crochet.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Each Admay item is made and packaged with care.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing and 3–7 business days for delivery within the United States.
You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes — every Admay order is already presented in our signature packaging:
soft tissue, Dusty Rose tones, and white boxes designed for gifting.
If you’d like to include a short note, simply leave it at checkout and we’ll include it beautifully.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. We accept returns for unused, unworn items within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging.
For exchanges or refunds, please email info@admaycreations.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States and are working toward international delivery soon.
If you’re outside the U.S., please email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your order.

How should I care for my crochet items?

To preserve your handmade Admay piece:

  • Hand wash gently in cold water

  • Lay flat to dry

  • Avoid wringing, twisting, or hanging when wet

  • Store folded in a cool, dry space

This care keeps your crochet looking and feeling beautiful for years.
