Each piece is inspected, beautifully wrapped, and carefully packaged before it begins its journey to you.

Processing Time

Each Admay piece is handmade and packaged with care.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipment.
This time ensures every detail — from stitching to wrapping — meets our standard of craftsmanship and beauty.

During peak seasons or special launches, processing may take slightly longer, but we always work to ship your order as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package has been shipped.

Shipping Options

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.
Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery method.
Orders over $100 may qualify for free standard shipping (as announced in seasonal offers or promotions).

Packaging

Every order is presented in our signature Admay packaging — soft tissue, Dusty Rose accents, and white boxes designed for both elegance and protection.
We take care to ensure your items arrive safely and beautifully, just as they left our hands.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order leaves our studio, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
However, if your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us — we’ll gladly assist in tracking it and filing a claim if needed.
