At Admay, every piece is handmade with care, inspected, and wrapped beautifully before it reaches you.
We hope you love your purchase as much as we loved creating it.

Returns

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

• Unused and unworn

• In their original packaging

• Returned in the same condition in which they were received

Because our pieces are handmade, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or customized.

To start a return, please email us at hello@admaycreations.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for another color or style, we’ll be happy to help whenever stock is available.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Gift Returns

If you received an Admay item as a gift, we can offer a store credit for the value of the item once it’s returned in original condition.
